- names and number of guests
- accommodation/room type
- name on credit card
- credit card number
- expiry date
- arrival time at the airport
- or arrival time at Amsterdam central station
- telephone number
We have no reception and we need to know your arrival time. You can check-in from 9.00 am til 22.00 hours.
We
do not accept bookings without credit card details, we
will not charge your card but we ask for an
authorization from the card company.
When paying
upon checking-in, CASH is king but we also accept the
following cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Diners Club, PIN, Vpay, Maestro and other Euro
Bankcards.
Please be aware if you pay with a card there is a
4% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival - 1
night charge
Cancellation less than 78 hours prior to arrival -
50% of total amount due
Cancellation less than 28 hours prior to arrival &
NO SHOW - 100% of total amount due
Cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival -
25 Euro Cancellation / Administration Fee
Note:
On especial weekends/periods there are other
especial cancellation policy. Always read your
confirmation email !!
We strongly recommend to get a personal travel insurance that will provide adequate cover during your stay and will also compensate you if you need to cancel or cannot meet your obligations regarding your booked accommodations.
