  • Like most monumental /historic houses in Amsterdam we have steep narrow stairs. The rooms are on the first and second floor

  • Try not to bring super sized Suitcases, but 2 smaller ones.

  • Until the renovation is undergoing we give you a super discount!

March 30 2012 Double Dutch will be taken over by Chris and David, they will change the name into “B&B The tulip of Amsterdam”. Chris and David are going to be your new hosts and will provide you the service you need.

  • We have a sweet cat Loytje, living on the ground floor in our private living and in the kitchen.  

  • All our rooms are non smoking. 

  • You can check in between 10.00 and 22.00 hours. 

  • In the confirmation email is written at what time we expect you. If you come earlier or later without letting us know, there is a risk we are not at home, because of other appointments. 

  • If you pay with a credit/debit card or paypal , there is a 4% surcharge.
     
  • We strongly recommend to get a personal travel insurance that will provide adequate cover during your stay and will also compensate you if you need to cancel or cannot meet your obligations regarding your booked accommodations.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival - 25 euro administration/cancellation fee.
    Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge.
    Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival - 50% of total amount due
    Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival & NO SHOW - 100% of total amount due

  • The cancellation policy may vary on special weekends/holidays. Always read your confirmation email!
