Good to know! |
- Like most monumental /historic houses in Amsterdam we have steep narrow stairs. To reach the Patio rooms, there is a 12-steps stairs and the for the upper rooms, 3 flights of stairs going up.
- Try not to bring super sized Suitcases, but 2 smaller ones. If you check-out before 9.00 am, we are not able to help you with your luggage.
- Our sweet cats Billy & Bosslive on our private floor, above the patio
rooms. if you are (very) allergic to cats we advise you to book the
upper rooms.
- All our rooms are non smoking.
- You can check in between 9.00 and 22.00 hours.
- In the confirmation email is written at what time we expect you. If you come earlier or later without letting us know, there is a small risk we are not at home, because of other appointments.
- If you pay with a credit/debit card or paypal , there is a 4% surcharge.
- We strongly recommend to get a personal travel insurance that will provide adequate cover during your stay and will also compensate you if you need to cancel or cannot meet your obligations regarding your booked accommodations.
